Please note our return policy resembles the polices Durvy agree to with our suppliers (Large Retailors, Brands, etc.). It is standard that most of our contracts state that a 10% defect rate is possible and no refunds are available unless there is a discrepancy above 10%. – Retailers want a no-hassle and quick way to move items out of their warehouses and the 10% policy allows that.
Most of the time, the purchases made by Durvy have a defect rate below 10%. The defect items we find are removed before we create our inventory to sell to you. However, due to the sheer volume of items we process, we are bound to miss an ink tag or a missing button every once in while.

Product Descriptions:
Our products are assorted inventories which may include overstocks, shelf-pulls, returns, and excess inventories. Given the bulk volume and varied nature of our products, we endeavor to accurately describe each item. However, discrepancies can occur due to the large variance in goods. As such, we cannot offer refunds or returns if the brands or assortments received differ from those described.
Miscounts:
Miscounts are rare since we typically add extra items to each order. Sometimes that is not always possible with every order due to size & weight constraints for UPS Ground Shipping. If you believe your box count is inaccurate, please call or email. Sales@durvy.com or 314-833-8000.
Flaws:
Our products may have been exposed to a retail environment and handled multiple times. We apply a default flaw rate of 10% on all listings, covering issues like deodorant/makeup stains, washable stains, missing or loose buttons, pilings, or snags. Store credit will be provided for flaws exceeding 10% of your total order.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out to us within 15 days of your order delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Please note, we do not offer returns or refunds, only store credit for the issues outlined above.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Final Sale Items: All items purchased from Durvy are considered 'Final Sale Items' due to the large discount price compared to the MSRP value. Additionally, Swimwear and Intimates are not returnable for hygienic reasons.
All of the brands we sell have sizing guidelines, we suggest you check the manufacturer's site for any sizing questions before your purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Manifested Lots:
Durvy is contracted by major retailers to liquidate and sell their products.
Manifested lots are shipped to Durvy directly from the retailer by Semi Trucks and require a license, dock bay and forklift to accept shipments.
Durvy only repackages the items so they can be shipped via UPS rather than a Semi-Truck. Durvy does not add or subtract from the manifested lots and uses the information from the Retailer to describe the Lot(s).
Manifest and photo links are provided by retailer. Durvy only acts as a distributor of the products.
The conditions of the Inventory Products are described in the Listing to the best of The Retailer’s ability. The Retailer attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, the Retailer does not warrant that Listings are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The quantities of actual Inventory Products in each lot may vary up to 10 percent (10%) less or greater than the number set forth in the Listing and may include up to 10 percent (10%) more damaged items than designated as “Damaged” in the Listing.
Given the nature of the liquidation business, variances of 10% of a total purchase are a normal and ordinary part of the business and such discrepancies are neither reconciled nor adjusted.
All merchandise is designated as clearance/overstock/customer return etc. and the discounted pricing reflects the difference compared to buying the equivalent new item.
Typical wholesale cost for new merchandise to a retailer can be up to 60% of MSRP. Most of the products offered at Durvy are less than 30% of MSRP. Sometimes as low as 10% of MSRP (or 90% off retail).
