Returns
We accept returns on unused and uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
All original packaging, accessories, and components must be included
The item must not show signs of wear, installation, or use
Because water pumps are mechanical equipment, items that have been installed, used, or exposed to water are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
Installed or used pumps
Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
Items returned without original packaging
Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
Please allow several business days after inspection for the refund to process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist quickly.
